sir you were general and i am proud to have served in vietnam but now that i have been fonnd with ptsd and angent orange also a dieabetic no one will help me get my compensation because my records have been lost and yet i now recive 20% and have my dd214 my letter award says i can not prove i was in vietnam with i feel ashamed and not to proud. could you help me in some way i have writtend to governor bill richardson from my state in new mexico my va is is albuqerque nm thank you
