Whiscash is a Water/Ground fishPokemon in Ruby and Sapphire. Whiscash resembles a catfish complete with lengthy whiskers upon its humorously designed face. It can be evolved from Barboach at level 30 or caught in Meteor Falls and Victory Road as long as you have a Super Rod. They do not appear with the other rods, and you're not very likely to see Whiscash.
