War in the defence of constitution

This occurred in 1792 between Poland and allied Kingdom of Prussia and Russia. Prussia abandoned Poland, Prussian commander of the army Grand Duchy de Lithuania was found a traitor. Subsequently, the Polish army retreated to the Bug river line, where Tadeusz Kosciuszko fought draw Dubienka battle. However, Russian army was granted free passage through Austrian territory. see Catherine II of Russia
