VCU French Film Festival
The VCU French Film Festival, an annual festival organized by the Virginia Commonwealth University, is the largest festival of French film in the United States. The festival usually takes place the last weekend of March, during which the entire city of Richmond, Virginia is filled with French speakers and lovers of French cinema.
The festival is host to a wide variety of French films produced in the previous year. Most of the the films are accompagnied by actors and directors who speak to audiences before and after the showing of each film.
