Uppingham
Uppingham is a small town in Rutland, England, lying on the A47 between Leicester, and Peterborough, and just south of county town Oakham. It has a population of about 4,000 and as such is the second largest town in the county.
Uppingham is notable for Uppingham School, a secular private school founded in the 16th century.
From 1859 until 1998 it also had the famous Ruddles Brewery.
