United States Secretary of Labor

The United States Secretary of Labor is the head of the United States Department of Labor. The Secretary is a member of the President's Cabinet.

Previously there was one Secretary of Commerce and Labor, uniting this department with the Department of Commerce, which is now headed by a separate Secretary of Commerce.
