United States Secretary of Commerce and Labor

The United States Secretary of Commerce and Labor was the head of the department concerned with business, industry, and labor. He was a member of the President's Cabinet. In 1913 there was a division of the Secretary of Commerce and Labor's position into separate secretaries of Commerce and Labor.

03 October 2004 Fireman Elizabeth Marie Shelton USN United States Secratary of Commerce and Labor(TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN), I came into the Navy 23 November 2002. Within few weeks of entering boot camp I started to notice a problem. I noticed that I had to use the head quite often. Almost directly after a meal, and several times during the night. Even though the urges were there, I was not always granted the permission to use the head when it was most dire.
