The Three Bears
The Three Bears was a long-running cartoon strip in the Beano comic.
Ma and Pa Bear and their young son Ted were lazy and gluttonous, and lived in a cave upon a hill. Most storylines revolved around their attempts to steal "grub" from the local storekeeper Hank.
Bugs Bunny encountered The Three Bears in several cartoons directed by Chuck Jones.
The Three Bears is also a notable children's bedtime story, written by the Brothers Grimm.
