The Big Blue (French: Le Grand Bleu) is a French film by Luc Besson (1988) with the participation of Jean Reno, Jean-Marc Barr and Rosanna Arquette.

This film is inspired by the life of a great deep diver Jacques Mayol and tell the story of two young boys Jacques Mayol (Jean-Marc Barr) and Enzo Molinari (Jean Reno) who became two champions of deep diving.
