Technical Machine
In the Pokémon World, a Technical Machine (TM) is a machine used by Pokémon Trainers to teach pokémon new attacks quickly and easily. There are 50 different TMs, each one teaches a different attack and is found in a different place.
Pokémon Trainers use the CD to teach the pokémon the move. The pokémon memorizes what it has to do to perform the move with it.
The TM breaks after its use.
