The racial makeup of the city is 63.96% White, 34.49% Black or African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.58% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.21% from other races, and 0.50% from two or more races. 0.81% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
