Shepherd's Bush tube station

Shepherd's Bush is the name of two separate stations of the London Underground in the Shepherd's Bush area of London, one on the Central Line, the other on the Hammersmith & City Line.

The area around the stations includes several popular concert venues, and Loftus Road Stadium, home of Queens Park Rangers F.C. and the London Wasps Rugby Union team.

Shepherd's Bush Central Line station opened in 1900 and was the original western terminus of the Central London Railway. West of the station the line turns sharply to the north as it runs past White City Depot and the disused Wood Lane station on the way to White City.
