Dear Sandile Dikeni Good morning. My Name is Sam Raditlhalo, attached to the University of Cape Town for the last year and a half. I was wondering if i may interest you in a project that is curently underway. What it entails is to get a collective of Capetonians to write about their imprerssions of the city for the last three years or so, noting in turn its changes, its intransigences and whatever makes the writer (un)happy abou this evolving city.
