San Sebastian
San Sebastián (population: 178,000 (2001 est), Basque Donostia) is the capital city of the province of Guipúzcoa (Basque Gipuzkoa), in the autonomous community of Basque Country (Basque Euskadi), Spain.
The city is located in the northeast of Spain, on the Bay of Biscay, close to the French border. San Sebastian's picturesque coastline make it a popular beach resort.
San Sebastián/Donostia is the home city of the Primera División football club Real Sociedad.
