Holidays and Observances
Clear Rain Day, in the Mansfield and Trinity areas of Hawick, Scotland, is celebrated on this day (and the weekend preceding it). It is rumoured that two people found some unknown power and were able to use it on many things, mental and physical, on this night, and it also rained when it was clear (hence the name).
