Kensington is a former borough of London, now part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The name is still used to designate an area of northwest inner London. Notable places in Kensington (or South Kensington) include: Kensington Gardens, the Royal Albert Hall, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and Imperial College, London.
