Serbia and Montenegro consists of two states, Serbia and Montenegro.

Serbia

Serbia has two provinces:

Independently of this division, Serbia is further divided into 29 counties (okrug) and the city of Belgrade. Each of counties (and the city) is further divided into municipalities (opština).
