The Freedom From Religion Foundation is a Freethought organization based in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Its purposes, as stated in its bylaws, are to promote the constitutional principle of separation of state and church, and to educate the public on matters relating to nontheism. The FFRF Publishes the only freethought newspaper in the United States, Freethought Today and engages in public interest lawsuits.
