Earl of Tankerville

The title of Earl of Tankerville has been created three times, twice in the Peerage of England and, most recently, in 1714 in the Peerage of Great Britain.

The present Earl of Tankerville holds the subsidiary title of Baron Ossulston (1682) in the Peerage of England.

Earls of Tankerville, First Creation (1418)

Earls of Tankerville, Second Creation (1695)

Earls of Tankerville, Third Creation (1714)

Earl of Tankerville

I'm working on the Bennet family tree and I have come across different dates regarding John Bennet and Dorothy Crofts. I have John's b. 1585 and Dorothy Crofts b. 1588. I also show the 1st Baron of Ossulston b. 1616, and married to Bridget Howe. Who are the parents of the Baron? I show them to be John Bennet. b 1563 and Anne Weeks b. 1558. Can you please verify these dates for me? Thank you.
