Chemical engineering
Chemical engineering is the application of science, mathematics and economics to the process of converting raw materials or chemicals into more useful or valuable forms.
Chemical Engineering involves designing of plants & various equipments. It is different from chemistry in the way that, chemical engineers worry about the practical problems. The exclusive duty of chemical engineer is to design various equipments used in industry. So it is more concerned with physics and association with chemistry as the name suggest is misnomer.
Today chemical engineering field is much wide covering areas as biotechnology, nanotechnology & microelectronics.
