Canary Wharf tube station
Canary Wharf tube station is a London Underground station on the Jubilee Line. It was opened in 1999 as part of the Jubilee Line Extension. It has increasingly become one of the busiest tube stations, serving the ever-expanding Canary Wharf business district.
The large volume of the interior has led to it being compared to a cathedral, and it has been used to celebrate a wedding.
Heron Quays DLR station is the nearest Docklands Light Railway station, though on the tube map Canary Wharf DLR station is shown as the one to use.
