I am sending you this e-mail regarding a complaint concerning a dog in our close. The dog belongs to 20 Ridley Close it is out barking at 7.00am for approx 30mins then again in the evening at 11.00pm. When left in the morning the dog is now starting to howl as it is only a pup and left alone in the house.
