Ashley Tisdale

Biography

Ashley Tisdale is best known for her role as Maddie, the candy counter girl at the Tipton Hotel on the Disney Channel's situation comedy The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

Ashley tried out for both the roles of "Maddie" and "London" on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody before being cast as Maddie. Ashley wanted the part of either Maddie or London because she wanted to work with Brenda Song and Dylan and Cole, the Sprouse twins.

As The Suite Life gained in popularity, Ashley became a featured performer on the Disney Channel, appearing in several promotions, specials, and ads for the network. Most recently, she co-starred in the Disney Channel original movie High School Musical.

Ashley has one older sister named Jennifer Tisdale. She sang at the White House when she was 12 years old.

Ashley currently resides in Los Angeles.
