Arthur Conley (January 4, 1946 - November 17, 2003) was an American soul music singer, best known for the 1967 hit, "Sweet Soul Music".

Conley was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He first recorded in 1959 as the lead singer of Arthur and the Corvets. He worked closely with Otis Redding, with whom he co-wrote "Sweet Soul Music". His success as a recording artist was short-lived, but he continued in the music industry for the rest of his life, eventually moving to the Netherlands, where he managed an independent record label. He died of intestinal cancer.
