Agnes Moorehead
Agnes Moorehead (December 6, 1900 - April 30, 1974) was a United States character actress. She was born in Clinton, Massachusetts.
Moorehead was part of Orson Welles' Mercury Theater on the Air radio program in the 1930s and appeared in a Broadway production of Don Juan in Hell in 1950.
The lung cancer which took her life is traced by some back to her work in The Conqueror, filmed near nuclear-weapon test sites in Nevada and in sets dressed with truckloads of dirt from the area. She died in Rochester, Minnesota
